Our work involves us in a range of issues including joint ventures and mergers,
formations and constitutional re-organisations,
subsidiary trading companies, issues surrounding investments, relationships between
branch networks and the central organisation together with a range of operational
issues that any charity faces from time to time.
Shelagh is based in our Company & Commercial department and deals with mergers
and acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial agreements for both charities and
commercial organisations.
We operate through a multi-disciplinary team calling upon solicitors with different
skills and who understand a charity’s requirements.
