Shelagh Smith, Managing Director, leads our EU and Competition Law service.

Shelagh is recognised by the Legal 500 (a leading directory of UK law firms) as 'highly experienced in advising on EU and competition matters'.

In terms of Competition Act work we have particular experience of advising on advertising issues and on dissemination of information issues for trade associations. We also provided guidance in connection with an OFT investigation in the run up to the passing of UK Enterprise Act.
