We advise in relation to employee benefits plans such as employee share option plans, profit sharing plans, long term incentive plans and cash bonus schemes.

This includes advising on scheme design and documentation as well as drafting communication to go to employees and dealing with the HM Revenue and Customs. We can also advise on the employee benefits issues which arise at the beginning and end of an employment relationship.
