New Director joins Greenwoods Solicitors LLP's Private Client team

Greenwoods Solicitors LLP is pleased to announce the arrival of Tim Addinell as a Director and new Head of Greenwoods' Private Client team.

After qualifying in London in 1986, Tim became a Partner at firms in Cambridge and Norwich before heading the Private Client team at a leading regional firm in Northampton.

Tim has more than 20 years' experience in core private client work such as the drafting of wills, inheritance tax planning, business succession planning, the administration of estates, and the creation, administration and winding-up of trusts. More recently, he has also become involved in the growing specialist area of contentious probate claims.

He is a long-standing member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners, and has given presentations, written articles and been involved in a number of radio phone-ins on various private client related topics.
