New Director, Associate and Senior Solicitor at Greenwoods Solicitors LLP

During what have been challenging times for many organisations there has been a heightened sense of achievement for three individuals at Greenwoods Solicitors LLP following their recent promotions.

Alastair Gunn has been promoted to become a Director in the Corporate & Commercial team, Robert Starr was appointed an Associate and Jason Stevens a Senior Solicitor - both from Greenwoods' nationally regarded Business Defence team.

Alastair Gunn is well-known within the regional business community for his corporate and commercial expertise and has also advised on international deals in the US and Australia. Alastair has combined his commercial acumen with real commitment to helping clients achieve their objectives.

Robert Starr joined Greenwoods from the Serious Fraud Office where he managed a large and diverse caseload. His contribution to the team, his strategic and tactical approach to cases and devotion to 'getting the job' done for clients has been rewarded through his recent promotion.

Jason Stevens, previously a specialist criminal defence lawyer, contends with the challenging fields of health and safety, trading standards and fraud. He is a skilful advocate who works closely with the RSPCA to prosecute in their cases of animal cruelty. Jason's promotion recognises his ability to balance an enthusiastic and friendly approach with acute attention to detail.
