There are several reasons why Greenwoods Solicitors LLP has been celebrating recently. The firm enjoyed another successful year during a difficult economic time and a number of employees gained promotions and qualification.

Adele has experience dealing with complex litigation, commercial disputes in relation to contracts, negligence claims, insolvency, defective goods and defamation. She is ever mindful of the commercial considerations and pressures faced by clients and is credited for her ability to provide straightforward advice on complicated matters.
Michelle Cox has been promoted to Senior Solicitor. Michelle is well known for her practical approach to resolving client's property disputes. In addition to advising commercial landlords and tenants, Michelle also works closely with Local Authorities and Registered Social Landlords helping them to resolve a range of housing law matters. Kerry Keen-Robertson, promoted to Senior Executive in Greenwoods' Residential Property Department, deals with a wide range of property transactions for both private individuals and companies. Kerry's expertise includes house sales and purchases, mortgages, re-mortgages, overage agreements, conditional contracts and transfers of equity. Katrina Baker joined the firm as a trainee before qualifying as a Solicitor into Greenwoods' Construction and Commercial Property Team's. Katrina's interest in the intersection where traditional "construction law" meets "development law" has helped her to seamlessly settle into working within both departments.
