Range of Skills and Experience

Karin has specialised in commercial real estate since qualifying as a solicitor in 1979.  Before joining Greenwoods Karin spent a number of years as a partner in City of London firms.

Throughout her career Karin has acted for a variety of clients, landlords, tenants and owner occupiers, including many household names, and in a number of high profile and complex transactions. 

Karin enjoys working as part of a client's 'team' and has found that the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients is greater at a leading regional practice such as Greenwoods than in London firms.

Since joining Greenwoods in October 2003 Karin has extended her expertise in development work, acting for both developers and land owners.  This is in addition to providing advice on commercial property issues including landlord and tenant, investment, acquisitions and sales for owner-occupiers and property finance.
