Nick heads Greenwoods' Probate, Wills and Trusts team. Nick  has over 30 years' experience since qualifying as a solicitor of dealing with:

• the administration of deceased people's estate

• the setting up, administration and winding up of trusts including advising about charitable trusts

• the preparation of wills and lasting powers of attorney

• Office of the Public Guardian matters

In particular, Nick specialises in advising on inheritance tax in connection with the preparation of wills and trusts for wealthy clients.

Nick is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners, the specialist organisation for people working in his field of expertise.  He joined Greenwoods in 2000 from a leading firm in Milton Keynes where he was also the head of Probate Wills and Trusts and a partner.

As a Notary Public Nick is able to help clients with the signing and authentication of documents for use in foreign jurisdictions.
