In addition to advising our clients on the pensions aspects of corporate acquisitions,
disposals, mergers and reorganisations, our Pensions team advises on all aspects
of pensions law and practice.
This includes advising on the design, establishment and restructuring of pension
arrangements (approved and unapproved); merging and winding up schemes; negotiating
with the Inland Revenue and other regulatory bodies; and pension related disputes.
Working closely with our Employment team we regularly advise on the pensions issues
that arise at the beginning and end of an employment relationship.
