Tim took up the role of Head of Private Client Services at Greenwoods in Feb 2010.
After qualifying in London in 1986, he became a partner at Few & Kester in Cambridge (1994-2000) and Steeles in Norwich (2001-2006), and most recently Howes Percival in Northampton where he was Head of the East Midlands Private Client team.
He has more than 20 years' experience in core private client work such as the drafting of wills, Inheritance tax planning, business succession planning, the administration of estates, and the creation, administration and winding up of trusts. More recently, he has also become involved in the growing, specialist area of contentious probate claims.
He is a long standing member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners, and has been involved in presentations, written articles and even radio phone -ins on various Private Client related topics.
