Walker Wallis merges with Greenwoods Solicitors LLP

Walker Wallis, a Cambridge-based law firm which provides commercial litigation, corporate and commercial services with a strong reputation in Cambridge and beyond, has merged with Greenwoods Solicitors LLP.

Walker Wallis’s directors, Duncan Walker and Huw Wallis, are now directors and co-owners of Greenwoods Solicitors LLP; Duncan in our Corporate & Commercial team, and Huw as Head of our Commercial Dispute Resolution team.

Greenwoods now has a Cambridge office - something we are all very excited about, particularly as it is a move into the market from a position of some strength.

For clients of both firms, it will be business as usual but with the added benefit of having new people, skills and services to call upon.
