Emma works with a wide range of clients on many corporate transactions, for example, commercial contracts, joint venture agreements, company and business acquisitions and disposals. She heads up Greenwoods’ team that advises charities and not-for-profit organisations on their constitutions and other corporate matters and is also a key adviser in Greenwoods’ Data Protection team.

Emma has a real eye for detail and identifying key issues for her clients with practical solutions. Emma is well known for her practical approach and her clients welcome her ability to demystify legal jargon.

Amongst many interests Emma enjoys long distance running and has previously represented Greenwoods LLP in the half marathon Great Eastern Run.
