Home // Insights & Events // Gender Pay Gap Reporting: New guidance issued
Last year’s requirement to report gender pay gap data was suspended during the pandemic. However, employers will still need to comply with their gender pay gap reporting obligations this year.
Employers with 250+ employees are required to report their 2020 gender pay gap data (i.e. data calculated using the snapshot date of 5 April 2020, or 30 March 2020 for public sector bodies) by 4 April 2021 (or 30 March 2021 for public sector bodies).
The Government Equalities Office recently published a number of guidance documents to help employers with the process. These are available here.
Our team of employment experts are ready to advise you on queries relating to your gender pay gap reporting requirements.
