Collective Enfranchisement

We acted for a group of leaseholders who wished to purchase the freehold of their building as well as adjacent land which was a common part used with neighbours. We successfully negotiated the purchase of that adjacent land subject to rights. As is usual after an enfranchisement, we drafted and granted new 999 year leases for the leaseholders.
