Shahbaz studied at Nottingham Trent University and holds a degree in Law (LLB), Legal Practice Course and a Masters (LPC, LLM).

Shahbaz qualified as a Solicitor in October 2021, completing his training period at Pathfinder Legal Services. Shahbaz’s motivation to enter the field of construction law stemmed from his seat in commercial law where he obtained knowledge on procurement procedures and experience in drafting JCT’s for major projects across Northamptonshire, Central Bedfordshire, and Cambridgeshire’s respective County Councils.

Shahbaz joined Greenwoods in February 2022 and has hit the ground running in continuing to develop his skillset, working on both contentious and non-contentious matters as well as getting involved in some of our international projects.
