Recent Commercial Litigation

  • Acting for a high-profile individual in Formula 1 (and related family companies) in Commercial Court proceedings regarding the recovery of circa £300m within and outside the UK.

 

  • Resolving a complex and high value High Court claim that formed an intricate part of a wider global litigation relating to the ownership of an international group with a £100m plus portfolio of assets located within the UK.

 

  • Successfully defending a high net-worth individual in a London Circuit Commercial Court trial of a fraudulent representation/deceit claim arising out of a US$3m investment offering in the US (Damazein Global Investments Ltd v Salamanca Capital Ltd and another [2019] EWHC 2730 (Comm)).
