At Greenwoods, we work with clients whose ideas have the potential to shape industries, and our Intellectual Property team plays a key role in helping them protect and maximise that value.
We’re now looking for a newly qualified or nearly qualified Patent Attorney ideally with an engineering background, though physics is also considered to join our team.
In this role, you’ll draft and prosecute patent and design applications across engineering and technology sectors, manage UK, European and international filings, and provide clear, commercially focused advice on protectability, freedom to operate an infringement.
You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm, support clients in shaping their IP strategies and portfolios, and build trusted relationships through your clarity, responsiveness, and technical insight.
You’ll be joining a positive, supportive, and highly respected IP practice where your ideas are valued and your development is prioritised. With exposure to a diverse mix of clients from innovative startups to established businesses you’ll have the opportunity to broaden your expertise while contributing to a team known for practical, commercially relevant IP advice.
