We’re looking for an experienced AML & Conflicts Team Leader to take charge of this critical function. Our Corporate & Commercial team is on an upward trajectory, and we need someone brilliant to step in as maternity cover for the team’s Business Development Executive. You’ll keep the momentum going: raising our profile, deepening client relationships, and driving measurable growth.

You’ll be embedded in the team, working side-by-side with lawyers to shape campaigns, track leads, and turn CRM insights into targeted action. Think identifying cross-sell opportunities, coordinating sector-specific outreach, and making sure BD efforts stay focused and consistent.

Collaboration is central to this role. You’ll work closely with the Brand & Campaigns Director and wider BD colleagues to share ideas, spot opportunities, and keep momentum across the firm.

We’re looking for someone proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You’ll be the kind of person who sees patterns in the data, knows how to turn insight into impact, and brings fresh thinking when something isn’t working. This is a part-time position (around 22.5 hours per week), offered on a 1-year fixed term basis. The role is based in London or Peterborough, with regular travel between offices.

We’re in serious growth mode – which means there’s a lot happening, and this role sits right in the middle of it.  We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead delivery of our firmwide marketing strategy.  You’ll work closely with our Brand & Campaigns Director to make sure our campaigns, events, and content are delivered on time, on budget, and to the standard we’re known for.  You’ll manage specialists across content, digital and events, while juggling what multiple legal teams need, setting clear deadlines, and making sure the team delivers on them.

This role needs someone who communicates well, builds trust fast, and delivers on what they say they will.  You’ll have high standards – you spot the typo, the off-brand moment, the stock image that’s trying too hard – but you bring people along with you rather than policing from the sidelines.  You care about quality, you catch things before they become problems, and you make sure the work genuinely reflects who we are.

As part of our firmwide tech transformation, we’re reimagining our legal software suite and moving towards a cloud-only, data-driven architecture. We’re now looking for a Legal Tech & Data Manager to help shape and deliver this change.

You’ll take ownership of our legal tech ecosystem, driving the implementation of Peppermint CX365 and building smart, scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). This hands-on role blends leadership, development, and innovation, working closely with stakeholders to turn business needs into practical applications.

You’ll also manage and develop internal tech talent and help integrate emerging tools like AI to enhance legal and operational delivery.
