Adam understands that commercial property transactions can have a more personal meaning to a client than just providing a new address to work from – sometimes they are the realisation of decades of hard work and ambitions that are finally paying off. Adam aims to cut through the commercial jargon and provide a service that is not only professional and commercially sound but also helps the client see their hard work pay off.

Adam’s journey into law came from a need to be academically challenged. As such, he decided a law degree was the best way to achieve this. After spending his time relentlessly researching niche points in an attempt to scratch the “need for knowledge” itch in his brain, Adam understands that commercial real estate transactions are not always as simple as they first appear, so he strives to break each point down and get through all the legal jargon, so that every client has a better understanding and is completely comfortable with the entire process.

After completing his undergraduate degree, Adam joined Greenwoods as a paralegal in 2022 whilst simultaneously completing a master’s degree in legal practice. Following the successful completion of this, Adam then began his training contract with the firm in 2023, and qualified into Greenwoods’ commercial real estate team in 2025.

Since then, Adam has advised a variety of clients on a wide range of commercial real estate matters including sales, purchases, leases and licences. Adam enjoys working with clients of all sizes, and aims to deliver a “personal commercial” approach to transactions after realising that often, commercial real estate transactions are about more than just buildings, but can be the realisation of decades of hard work behind the scenes finally paying off and giving people the opportunity to grow and strive in an area they truly believe in.

Outside of work Adam is a devoted film lover, going as far as completing a year of a film studies degree at university before switching to law. He is a keen amateur 35mm film photographer, likes to cook, and is always on the lookout new hobbies to keep scratching that persistent “need for knowledge” brain itch.
