Charlotte recently acted for a European tax authority on a landmark fraud claim concerning a £1.5bn tax fraud alleged against 80+ defendants worldwide, in which she led the delivery of complex foreign law expert evidence at preliminary issue (Skatteforvvaltningen v Solo Capital Partners LLP & Ors [2023] EWHC 590 (Comm)) and main trial stage.

Charlotte is also skilled in conducting litigation due diligence and providing advisory support in connection with acquisitions, re-financings, or group re-organisations to her Corporate & Commercial colleagues.
