Very good technically and commercially. I have appreciated her clear and concise advice and pragmatic approach and her ability to work as part of a team.

(CLE: Disputes: Senior Legal Counsel – in-house client)

I was fortunate enough to work with Charlotte on a difficult matter. Not only was she professional, detailed and practical in her advice, approach and recommendation, Charlotte managed the engagement in a manner which inspired confidence and returned some humanity to an otherwise unpleasant issue. Thank you for all your help

I worked with Charlotte on a high value breach of warranty claim involving one of the UK’s major insurers. Charlotte was exceptionally diligent and hard working. She identified and successfully navigated the commercial litigation and financial services regulatory aspects of the matter whilst balancing a heavy caseload. Moreover, Charlotte was a capable and compassionate leader as she was responsible for supervising more junior colleagues as part of the matter. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Charlotte; I look forward to doing so again and I would not hesitate to recommend her to lay clients as a great commercial litigator and strategist.

(Barrister, 3 Hare Court )
