“Working with Chi has been excellent throughout what has been a very long, difficult and often frustrating matter. Chi has always been clear, practical and strategic from start to finish, and I have particularly appreciated the fact that she has always combined strong legal analysis with a very commercial and realistic approach. She was prepared to push hard when needed, but she also had a very good feel for when to keep things concise and focused in order to move matters forward.”

“What stood out most to me was her persistence and judgement. This was not a straightforward case, there were repeated delays, changing positions and a lot of unnecessary complication, but she stayed on top of it throughout and gave me confidence that the matter was being handled properly. I always felt that she understood both the legal position and the practical realities of what I was trying to achieve.”
