Joanna goes above and beyond to help each client understand the legal jargon that can often be so confusing. Her calming and reassuring approach ensures she has excellent relationships with her clients, who often comment on how pleasant she has made the matter for them. Before joining the legal world, Joanna personally experienced the complexities of dealing with a deceased estate, whilst also dealing with grief, and uses her experience and compassion to ease her clients through the journey. Joanna thrives on helping other people get their affairs in order, especially their Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

After preparing a clients' will, the clients returned for preparation of their Lasting Powers of Attorney, which Joanna assisted with.

So, the thing to know about Joanna…… she really cares about people! Not just in a corporate trained caring way, but a deep-rooted caring, that stemmed from her own life experiences. She easily builds a friendly rapport with all of her clients, listens and does her ultimate to help achieve their goals.

Joanna joined Greenwoods in December 2018 as a legal secretary in our Cambridge Private Wealth Team. Joanna’s skills, attention to detail, enthusiasm and willingness to learn secured her the role of Paralegal in March 2020. Joanna assists with drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trust Deeds. Joanna also assists with the administration of both simple and complex estates and continues to learn and develop her skills in this area.

Client satisfaction is Joanna’s passion and she has obtained an NVQ Level 3 in Customer Satisfaction and the NVQ D32/D33 Assessors Qualification.
