MEET THE TEAM

Harry qualified in 2019, having previously worked in a West End firm. He acts for a broad range of clients on all types of property disputes. He provides a commercial and pragmatic approach to disputes. He is objective-focused and tailors his advice to suit his client’s needs.

Harry has extensive knowledge of commercial and residential property disputes. This includes acting for commercial landlords and tenants in business lease renewals, break notices, dilapidations and other related issues.

For his residential practice, he acts for landlords and tenants in service charge disputes, boundary and adverse possession claims and other property disputes. He has a real flair for finding common ground if possible, and his clients’ objectives are always at the forefront of his mind.

For his enfranchisement practice, he regularly acts for clients on statutory lease extensions, collective enfranchisement and right to manage claims. He focuses his practice on obtaining results for his clients, whether through settlement or court action.
