Lois Watts

Since graduating in Law in 2015 from the University of Westminster, Lois has been immersed in the world of residential property. Beginning as a Real Estate Agent she developed an understanding first-hand of the emotional ties which often attach to residential property; the excitement and sometimes anxiety which can often be experienced when moving home.

Lois joined Greenwoods in April 2024, after changing to the legal side of property at a Law firm in Kent gaining many years of experience to understand the deeper intricate workings of property transactions. She is now assisting the residential real estate team with HNW and UHNW matters, and her supportive and calm approach means the lawyers are able to focus on providing technical legal advice to clients to ensure a smooth and enjoyable transaction.
