Robert Tatton-Brown

Robert joined the Corporate & Commercial team at Greenwoods upon his qualification as a solicitor in June 2025.

Robert has advised clients across a broad range of sectors, including international investment banks, architectural firms, FMCG companies, and tech start-ups. This diverse experience enables him to quickly grasp the nuances of each client’s business and provide tailored, commercially focused advice.

Robert is a highly organised and detail-oriented solicitor. He is committed to delivering clear, comprehensive, and practical legal solutions aligned with clients’ needs and objectives.

Robert trained as a solicitor at a central London firm, with a particular focus on supporting companies entering the UK market for the first time. He gained valuable experience in balancing the need for bespoke legal advice with practical insights into the UK’s commercial landscape.

Before beginning his training contract, Robert worked for several years as a paralegal in the Financial Services Regulatory team of a major international law firm. He also served as administrator of the Financial Services Lawyers Association, where he helped organise events, training, administer Pro Bono cases and coordinate policy responses, bringing together lawyers, students, and regulators to exchange ideas on financial services law and regulation.

Prior to his legal career, Robert worked in television. This unique background gives him a creative and adaptable approach to problem-solving, so whether you need advice on a complex transaction or tips on how to get cast on a game show, Robert is a great person to have on your side.
