Sarah Wheatley

Sarah leads Greenwoods’ People team, bringing a commercially grounded, human approach to how the firm supports its employees through a period of real growth and change.

She partners closely with business leaders to build a culture where people can develop their careers and do their best work, without unnecessary complexity getting in the way. That might mean shaping a new reward offering, introducing better ways to hear from employees, or working alongside a manager through organisational change. The common thread is making sure the People function adds real commercial value, not just process.

Before Greenwoods, Sarah worked across publishing, media, charity, local government and university settings, giving her a wide view of what good practice looks like across very different industries and cultures.

Sarah is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, holds a masters in Human Resource Management, an MBA, and a law degree, is a member of the British Psychological Society for psychometric testing and a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.

Outside work, Sarah is an amateur landscape artist, exhibiting her work across Cambridgeshire and London.
