Practical Employment advice with a people-first focus

Georgia Harris

Associate, Employment

What matters most to Georgia is building trusted relationships with clients and understanding the challenges, priorities and goals that shape their decisions.  Her HR experience gives her unique insight into the practical realities of managing employment issues and the competing pressures employers face. This perspective enables her to provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice to help clients confidently navigate complex and sensitive workplace matters.

Georgia Harris is an Associate in the Employment team, advising employers on all aspects of employment law and HR-related issues. She takes a collaborative approach, working closely with clients to understand their organisation, challenges and objectives so she can provide practical advice that supports informed decision-making.

She qualified as a Solicitor in September 2024 after completing her training contract at a leading national law firm.  After qualifying, Georgia gained valuable experience in HR, where she developed a firsthand understanding of the practical challenges employers face when managing workplace issues. She began practising as a Solicitor in May 2025 and has since advised employers and employees on a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious employment issues.  This experience allows her to combine legal expertise with practical workplace insight when supporting clients.

Georgia’s practice covers a wide range of employment and HR matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy processes, employment contracts and staff handbooks, settlement agreements and Employment Tribunal claims. She works with clients to find pragmatic solutions that balance legal risk, employee relations, and commercial priorities.
