Government publishes new consultations under the Employment Rights Bill

In a flurry of activity this morning, the Government has published four consultations on certain new rights and protections that will be introduced under the Employment Rights Bill, as follows:

1. Consultation on Leave for Bereavement including Pregnancy loss

2. Consultation on Enhanced Dismissal Protections for Pregnant Women and New Mothers

3. Consultation on Right of Trade Unions to Access Workplaces

4. Consultation on Duty to Inform Workers of their Right to join a Trade Union

We will be reviewing the content in the coming days and will bring you further details on what the proposals mean for your organisation.
