Urgent Expert Determination

We acted for a leading British door manufacturer in relation to a claim (and potential adverse publicity) arising from its doors failing a fire test conducted by a London Borough. Through an urgent expert determination and subsequent negotiation, we were able to show why the test was flawed, averting potentially severe damage to our client’s business and reputation, with an agreement to a mutually joint testing procedure for all future tests.
