Main contractor client roofing dispute
We acted for a regional heavyweight main contractor to defend a claim for alleged breach of contract in relation to alleged defective roofing works at a commercial property including garden centre in Cambridgeshire.
Court action was issued in the Technology & Construction Court by the Claimant in 2020 and served in January 2021. Our client’s defence was filed in March 2021. Negotiations ensued and the claim settled in September 2021.
