Project Chess
Our Real Estate team advised on the property side of a share purchase transaction for Marshall Motor Holdings PLC valued in excess of £64.5m, co-ordinating members from the Real Estate and Construction teams and liaising with our clients corporate and in-house advisers.
The transaction involved 60+ properties including 19 new leases, a freehold purchase and options to purchase 2 further properties. The share sale also brought across into the client group a number of freehold properties plus 35 existing leaseholds. In all, a further 48 operating franchise dealerships were added to the Marshall portfolio.
