Employment Law Now: Live! - 2026 Event Report

Our mornings were full of practical discussions, timely legal updates and (of course) a healthy dose of good-natured competition in our quiz rounds. Throughout the events, we explored the forthcoming changes under the Employment Rights Act 2025 (‘ERA 2025’)and set out practical steps employers should take to prepare for the changes. 

Several of our Employment team (Keith Williams, John Macaulay, Siobhan Thomson and Michaela Drazek) hosted the sessions with almost 200 delegates and provided key details in relation to changes expected under the ERA 2025 on 6 April 2026, October 2026, January 2027 and 2028.  

We’re committed to ensuring our ‘ELN: Live!’ events remain practical, relevant and enjoyable, and we are delighted with this year’s feedback. 

From the delegates who completed a feedback form, over 99% of respondents rated the event Excellent,  Very Good or Good, with 96.3% rating it Excellent or Very Good.
