Jamie McConnell and Claire Banks promoted!

We are delighted to announce our 2021 promotions.

Jamie McConnell becomes a Partner in our Disputes team.  Jamie is described by clients as an exceptional lawyer who delivers straightforward commercial advice.  With over 10 years’ experience as a commercial litigator, Jamie’s specialisms include commercial disputes, financial services, intellectual property and IT & telecoms disputes.  Consistently recognised as a “rising star” in the Legal 500, recent accolades include:

Claire Banks becomes a Senior Associate.  Claire has specialised in corporate and commercial work since 2006, building the knowledge and experience to advise on a broad range of matters. She has worked on numerous corporate M&A and restructuring projects as well as supporting clients with their commercial needs.  Alongside supporting businesses, Claire has expertise in supporting academy schools and charities. She understands and appreciates the specific challenges of the education and charitable sectors and plays a key role in both teams here at Greenwoods GRM.
