We’re looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join our award-winning Corporate & Commercial team.
You’ll work on a broad range of corporate transactions and commercial matters, including M&A, reorganisations and commercial contracts, delivering clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice. You’ll also play an active role in developing client relationships, supporting business development initiatives and mentoring junior colleagues.
We’re seeking a qualified solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE, strong technical expertise and excellent commercial awareness. Working closely with partners and senior advisers, you’ll advise on a broad range of corporate tax matters, including M&A transactions, restructurings, tax planning and due diligence projects. You’ll gain early responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to develop your expertise across a variety of complex and commercially significant work.

As our tax practice continues to expand, we’re looking for an Associate (0-3PQE) to join our Corporate Tax team and build their career in a collaborative, ambitious and supportive environment.
Working closely with partners and senior advisers, you’ll advise on a broad range of corporate tax matters, including M&A transactions, restructurings, tax planning, due diligence and transaction structuring. You’ll gain early responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to develop your expertise on complex, high-value matters that sit at the heart of our clients’ strategic decisions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in corporate tax, or corporate law with tax exposure, who is keen to develop their technical expertise and commercial understanding.
