Our current vacancies

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join our award-winning Corporate & Commercial team.
You’ll work on a broad range of corporate transactions and commercial matters, including M&A, reorganisations and commercial contracts, delivering clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice. You’ll also play an active role in developing client relationships, supporting business development initiatives and mentoring junior colleagues.
We’re seeking a qualified solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE, strong technical expertise and excellent commercial awareness. In this varied role you will support our Risk & Compliance team, who make sure the firm meets its regulatory requirements and help build a culture of compliance across our three offices.
Your role will include handling requests to release deeds, documents, and files for our Private Wealth and Real Estate teams, and answering compliance queries from colleagues. You will also train as an AML analyst and spend around three days a week supporting our client onboarding team. The rest of your week will cover everything from weekly reporting to project work.
You do not need any previous experience of risk and compliance, we will give you full training. We are looking for someone organised and precise, with great attention to detail, who enjoys being the person colleagues can rely on.
