Real estate expertise for a changing world
Partner, Real Estate
Whether it’s a single property acquisition or letting, a development project or the rollout of an EV charging network, Callum’s focus is always the same: clear, practical advice that helps clients achieve what they set out to do.
Callum advises on acquisitions and disposals, development projects, leasing arrangements and property finance, acting for clients ranging from owner-managed businesses to family offices and corporate organisations. Clients value his approachable style and his ability to find a practical way through complex property issues.
He has particular expertise in the future energy sector, advising on EV charging infrastructure projects across the UK. He previously led his firm’s Future Energy business development team and was appointed as a judge for the 2026 EVIE Awards.
Before joining Greenwoods, Callum spent 14 years at Moore Barlow, progressing from an entry-level role to Partner after training and qualifying with the firm. When he’s not working or spending time with his family, Callum follows Reading FC around the country. As any Reading supporter will tell you, it’s not a pastime for the faint-hearted.
