Francesca joined Greenwoods in January 2023 from an international law firm. A member of the Corporate & Commercial team, she advises on UK and cross-border private M&A, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, company incorporation, governance and commercial agreements.
Her clients cover a range of industry sectors including professional services, transport, retail, F&B and hospitality. Where required, she works closely with specialist colleagues and overseas counsel to provide advice to clients. Recent work highlights include:

Formerly an international rower and rowing coach, she enjoys keeping active and is a member of British Rowing, British Canoeing and Ramblers UK.
