Under Ian’s guidance, we have implemented robust forecasting models and KPI dashboards, providing clear visibility of financial performance drivers.  Ian’s commitment to transparency ensures that partners and employees understand how their work contributes to our financial performance. His belief in sustainable workplace practices is a driving force behind our financial policies that enable work-life balance, fostering an environment where employees can deliver their personal best for our clients over the long term.

As the Compliance Officer for Finance & Administration (COFA), Ian ensures Greenwoods meets all regulatory requirements and maintains excellent financial controls.

While optimising current financial operations is crucial, Ian also has a keen eye on the future, which ensures our ability to make strategic investments such as the adoption of new technologies.

Outside work, Ian is passionate about being active in the community and is a Beaver Scout leader and football coach. An avid sportsman, he has cycled across Sri Lanka and Cuba and climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro for his honeymoon.
