Ian Chapman

Ian plays an important part within the firm being responsible for the financial and risk management across the firm. This includes planning, budgeting, reporting and analysis, as well as all areas of financial control. Ian is part of the Diversity, Fairness and Inclusion forum, and the Environment, Social and Governance Committee within the firm.

He leads the teams handling transactional finance, regulatory compliance, treasury and tax. One of his main goals is to make sure everyone across the firm understands how their work contributes to the financial performance of the firm, how we can competitively price business, as well as to ensure that we remain ahead of our compliance duties. Ian also takes responsibility for the facilities’ function across the Greenwoods estate.

Away from the office, Ian is keen on keeping himself busy with being a leader at his local Beaver Group and coaching a youth football team. He is a keen runner and cyclist; and before children cycled Sri Lanka and Cuba and climbed Kilimanjaro for his honeymoon.
