Associate, Employment
Nicolle advises employers on contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She seeks to understand her client’s needs and objectives first, and then provides clear, practical, and commercially focused advice.
Noted for her professional and calm approach when dealing with clients. She works with HR teams, senior managers, and business owners across sectors, helping her clients manage risk and resolve workplace issues effectively.
She has a wide range of experience, including defending employers in Employment Tribunal claims, advising on day-to-day employee-related matters, reviewing and updating contracts, policies and handbooks to ensure compliance with the law and best practice.
Nicolle advises on employment terminations and settlement agreements. She also works with colleagues to support employers with restructures, including redundancy processes and TUPE transfers. She also provides data protection and UK GDPR advice in relation to workplace-related matters, including responding to Data Subject Access Requests and advising on compliance and risk.
Having lived in Nanjing, China, to study Mandarin and in New York City, United States. Nicolle enjoys a challenge, has a unique ability to quickly adapt to different situations, and strives to deliver the best outcome for her clients.
Studying Politics at the University of East Anglia and graduated in 2021. She then completed a Master of Arts in Law and joined Greenwoods in October 2022 as a paralegal on the Real Estate team.
In September 2023, Nicolle started her journey as an Apprentice Solicitor while studying a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and qualified as an Employment solicitor in February 2026 through the SQE route.
Outside of work, Nicolle spends her free time sprinting or strength training, reading, travelling and visiting family.
