Roger has a particular skill in finding the right solution from a tax perspective that also considers the family dynamic of any situation. A skill honed over 45 years of specialising in estate and succession planning.

Roger’s career has been full of variety, including 28 years representing the Guide Association as their legal consultant, acting for the founder and co-owner of an international business in selling his interest for more than $40m, as well as close involvement in a high-profile domicile case in the Singapore Courts.

Roger acts as a trustee of a considerable number of family and charitable trusts in close conjunction with the other members of our Wealth Preservation team.

Whilst many of the solicitors in our Wealth Preservation team are full members of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners (STEP) Roger was a founder member (No 89) and served for a time on its International Committee.
