Sarah Wheatley

Sarah is a forward-thinking People Director, who focusses on ensuring the People team delivers a commercially minded strategy, which supports the growth of our employees in an uncomplicated and human way.

As People Director, Sarah leads a team of experts within the People function at Greenwoods. Her work includes partnering with business leaders to create a culture and environment in which teams and individuals can develop their careers and do their best work. No two days are the same;  you might find Sarah discussing a new reward offering, implementing a platform to gain feedback from employees, or working closely with a people manager to implement an organisational change.

In her career, Sarah has worked to support the people agendas of major brands across the publishing, media and charity sectors, along with experience in local government, university and healthcare settings.  She is able to use this diverse range of experience to share best practice from across industries.

Sarah is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  Her qualifications include a masters in Human Resource Management and a law degree specialising in European and international comparative law.  Sarah is also a member of the British Psychological Society for Psychometric testing, and a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.

In her spare time, Sarah is an amateur landscape artist, regularly exhibiting her works in Cambridgeshire and London.
