Will has experience working on contentious and non-contentious matters for employers and employees. Providing commercially driven practical solutions to client’s objectives.

Qualifying in 2026, Will joined the Employment Team as the employment law landscape underwent some of its most significant legislative developments in recent years.

He is able to assist clients with queries on employment terminations and settlement agreements advice. Will advises on contracts and policies to ensure compliance with current legislative practices. He has experience with providing assistance during disciplinary and grievance procedures and redundancy processes.

Will works closely with clients to provide clear, practical advice tailored to their individual circumstances.

Training as a solicitor at a firm in Oxford, gaining valuable experience in employment law while advising both businesses and individuals. His experience has enabled him to deliver practical, commercially minded advice tailored to each client’s circumstances.

Before qualifying, Will worked as a paralegal, where he developed the communication and organisational skills needed to support clients effectively and manage complex matters.

Outside of work, Will is a keen sports fan, particularly when it comes to football and Formula 1. He also enjoys swimming, hiking and keeping active. Having previously competed as a swimmer, he continues to embrace an energetic lifestyle.
