Prize draw terms and conditions

  1. Promoter: The Promoter of this prize draw is Greenwoods Legal Services Limited “Greenwoods”.
  2. Eligibility: The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who attend the Disrupt HR Cambridge event on 7 October 2026, where Greenwoods is hosting the giveaway and who complete the entry form. Employees, partners, and contractors of Greenwoods Legal Services Limited, and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw, are not eligible to enter.
  3. How to enter: To enter, scan the QR code and complete the online entry form with your first name, last name, organisation and email address. Only one entry is permitted per person.
  4. No purchase or marketing opt-in required: The prize draw is free and no purchase is necessary. You do not need to opt in to receive marketing communications from Greenwoods to enter the prize draw. Any marketing consent you give is optional and can be withdrawn at any time.
  5. Opening and closing dates: The prize draw opens when the QR code is made available at the relevant Disrupt HR event and closes at the time and date stated on the entry page or entry form. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
  6. The prize: One winner will receive a £100 John Lewis voucher. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
  7. Winner selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date. The winner will be drawn on 20 October 2026.
  8. Winner notification: The winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Greenwoods reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
  9. Data protection: Personal data submitted as part of the prize draw will be used to administer the prize draw and contact the winner. If you separately choose to opt in to marketing, your details will also be used to send you employment law updates, event invitations and related insights. Personal data will be handled in accordance with Greenwoods’ Privacy Notice – Privacy Notice – Greenwoods Legal Services Limited
  10. Changes and cancellation: Greenwoods reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so for reasons outside its reasonable control.
  11. Liability: Greenwoods is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected or not received due to technical issues or any other reason outside its reasonable control.
  12. Governing law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
