Stephanie joins us from JLL, where she was CEO, UK & Ireland. She has extensive experience of running professional services firms, following a 25-year career at PwC, where she held a variety of senior roles and was a UK Board member.

We’ve grown steadily over the past few years, with a run of senior appointments through 2026 and backing from Gresham House since 2025. Stephanie’s arrival is the next step, and we’re looking forward to working alongside her.
