Robert Dillarstone
CEO
A client once said of Rob, “He is not an employment lawyer; he is a businessman who knows employment law.” So it was probably not a surprise that in 2009, he moved from being the head of our employment practice to Managing Partner, and from that role to being Greenwoods’ CEO in 2025 – a role which sees Rob lead on our strategy and continued growth across the firm.
Rob is inspired and humbled daily by his colleagues’ approach to their work and the firm’s growth. He feels that his role is one of service to the wider firm – a firm where there is no place for egos and individuality is encouraged.
