Welcome Tim Jenkins
Empowering success in the pharmacy and veterinary sectors
Tim Jenkins, who joins us as a partner, is an accomplished solicitor with over 30 years of experience. From his base in our Corporate & Commercial team, he will lead our advice to the veterinary and pharmacy sectors.
Tim helps independent practices expand; several clients now operate multiple practices. He advises on business acquisitions and sales and partnership/shareholder agreements and works with specialists in other legal areas, such as employment, real estate, and data privacy, to provide ongoing operational support. His skills and knowledge of these sectors set him apart. He ‘gets it’ and provides the advice you need as a result. And he is incredibly straightforward to work with.
Tim is not just a trusted adviser but also a proactive one. He recently attended The Pharmacy Forum 2024 in Barcelona, ensuring his knowledge of sector developments is always up to date and enabling him to share best practice.
