Lease Extension

We acted for a leaseholder of a flat where the landlord attempted to impose more onerous restrictions in the new lease on the basis that other leaseholders in the block had agreed to them.

We successfully argued that this was not within the confines of the legislation and the landlord conceded before going to tribunal.
