Doubling down: Corporate & Commercial welcomes two new Associates!

Tom qualified as a solicitor in January 2025 and previously spent time working as a paralegal after completing his studies. Tom has experience working on mergers and acquisitions and has developed a sharp eye for risk management, contract negotiation, and problem-solving.

From structuring deals, navigating complex commercial clauses, or guiding regulatory compliance, Tom brings diligence, expertise, and a client-first approach to every matter.

Tom joins our Cambridge office.

Robert qualified as a solicitor in June 2025. He previously trained at a central London law firm where his work focused on supporting companies entering the UK market for the first time.

Robert has advised clients across various sectors, including international investment banks, architectural firms, FMCG companies, and tech start-ups. This diverse experience enables him to quickly grasp the nuances of each client’s business and provide tailored, commercially focused advice.
