Francesca rows in!

Francesca joins us from a top 50 London-based international law firm, where she advised businesses and individuals on cross-border private M&A, including advising on the impact of the National Security and Investment Act 2021 (which she recently wrote about here). “My clients have covered a broad spectrum of industry sectors, including technology, aviation, energy and shipping in a number of jurisdictions.”

Francesca was drawn to Greenwoods because of its positioning in the market “It is a firm with a clear and distinctive identity” and also its growth plans for the corporate and commercial department. “I was also inspired by the firm’s values – respect, excellence, freedom and fun.” She is eager to get to know her new colleagues and establish her presence for the firm in the Cambridge office.
