It's official – we're ACSP registered!

Well, the truth is we’ve been registered for a little while, but we’ve been working behind the scenes to streamline our process and make your ID&V journey as smooth as possible.

So what does this mean for you?

Greenwoods is an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) – a Companies House authorised agent.  This means we can support you with verifying your identity in line with the latest requirements from Companies House.

Why does this matter?

Identity verification is now a legal requirement for all company officers.  Whether you’re a newly appointed Director or have held the role for years, compliance is mandatory.  Non-compliance can result in serious consequences, including criminal liability and reputational damage.
