Opening with a deal success for 2025!

Claire Banks, Isobel Ryan-Dalton and Stephen Jarvis of our Corporate & Commercial team and Michael Taylor of our Residential Property team, along with our Tax specialist Roger Harding, advised our client on the sale of the entire issued share capital of a Jersey registered SPV company on 8 January 2025.

This matter began as two property sales, but then became a share sale and this is when our Corporate & Commercial team and Tax specialist became involved.

Stephen Jarvis, Partner and Head of our Corporate & Commercial team, said: “I am delighted that we have successfully closed this deal for our client, it’s always great to work on a cross team matter with experts across the firm.”
