Our Corporate & Commercial team welcomes Smaïn Mokrane

Smaïn qualified as a corporate and commercial solicitor in 2022 and has spent the last two years honing his skills. He brings experience across diverse sectors, including IT, property, accountancy, engineering, and healthcare. His expertise spans corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, company restructures, share swaps, and management buyouts.

With a keen eye for detail, Smaïn also advises on general corporate and commercial matters, including articles of association and shareholders’ agreements. He has acted for various clients ranging from business start-ups to large multinational companies, ensuring his advice is tailored to each client’s unique needs. He is also a fluent French speaker.
